My experience with hostpinnacle

Safaricom web hosting

Safaricom is the only web hosting company in Kenya that has local servers. Having the hosting server located close to website visitors (In this case, Kenyan visitors accessing a website hosted in Kenya) is highly significant because it improves website loading speeds, which in turn gives a good user experience to visitors.

To be honest, Safaricom fails big time when it comes to web hosting. I have contacted their support several times, and they take more than two days to respond, and sometimes they don’t respond at all.
